There are several ways to order music from us:
By Post – Send details of the music (title, arrangement – where appropriate, ref. no., unit price, number of copies, total cost adding £1.50 for postage and packing) to the above address.
Please enclose a cheque made payable to Frank L. Appleyard and include a contact name, address and telephone number in your letter.
By Telephone – Please ring us on the number above with details of the music.
We will discuss the order with you and process it on receipt of your cheque.
By e-mail – Click on order form and download it. Complete it with your details and send it to us. We will contact you and process your order on receipt of your cheque.
Inspection copies, reduced in size, are available free of charge.
